Focus: Utah House Bill 100

The text of Utah House of Representatives Bill 100 reads:


"A person is guilty of commercial terrorism if he enters or remains unlawfully on the premises or in a building of any business with the intent to interfere with the employees,customers, personnel, or operations of a business."

This bill was amended and passed by the Utah House of Representatives and referred to the Utah Senate on February 4, 2002 in order to limit protests at the Olympics. The Senate will vote on the bill soon.
