"I am pleased with the Judge's decision today. I hope in the coming day that the constitutional rights of other defendants will be upheld as well. I leave Seattle today to begin preparations for a massive Poor People's March comparable to the WTO demonstrations scheduled for opening day of the Republican National Convention in Philadelphia. I leave here today knowing that it doesn't always rain in Seattle, but the sun does indeed shine through when justice is upheld."
