It is inhumane, surprising and incredible that in Philadelphia they abandon mistreated women to their own luck, putting their lives, their emotional stability and the right to free transit at risk, as these are consecrated as human rights.

In the 21st century, there exists a country called the United States where individual liberties are not guaranteed and the physical integrity of women is being violently harmed. In a nation that boasts of being the most democratic in the world, democracy is in crisis. Economic and social rights are violated and thrown in the trash.

Abandoned mothers, children with an uncertain future and intra-family and social violence corrodes the stratums of the rich and the poor with greater hardness and crudity there where they lack housing, bread and liberty because they don't have anything else than their chains of citizen insecurities to show the world.

Our condemnation for this terrible, pathetic and incredible situation against the women of KWRU and every citizen that is seeing their life threatened by the indifference and ignorance of the human rights of the women of Philadelphia, they have no protection and no place where they can find shelter from the violence of their partners or husbands.

We demand and cry out from the Convergence of the People of the Americas - COMPA - that this scene be changed and that the prohibitions are directed at those who violate the laws and not at those who demand respect and fulfillment of their rights.

Resulta inhumano, chocante e increìble que en Filadelfia se abandone a las mujeres maltratadas a su propia suerte, poniendo en riesgo su vida, estabilidad emocional y el derecho al libre trànsito como lo consagran los derechos humanos.

En pleno siglo XXI existe un paìs denominado Estados Unidos, donde la libertad individual no està garantizada y la integridad fìsica de las mujeres està siendo violentamente vulnerada. En una Naciòn que se ufana de ser la màs democràtica del mundo, la democracia està en crisis. Los Derechos Econòmicos y Sociales son violados y echados en la basura.

Madres desamparadas, niños con futuro incierto y la violencia intrafamiliar y social corroe los estrados de ricos y pobres con mayor dureza y crudeza allì donde falta vivienda, el pan y la libertad por que no tienen màs que sus cadenas de inseguiridades ciudadanas para mostrarselas al mundo.

Vaya nuestra condena para con esta terrible, patètica e increìble situaciòn en contra de las mujeres del KWRU y toda ciudadana que està viendo amenazada su vida por la indiferencia y desconocimiento de los derechos humanos de las mujeres de Filadelfia, al no tener protecciòn y faltar espacio para que ellas puedan refugiarse contra la violencia de sus maridos y/o esposos.

Exigimos y clamamos desde la CONVERGENCIA DE LOS PUEBLOS DE LAS AMERICAS-COMPA- que se modifique èste cuadro y que las prohibiciones se dirijan a quienes violan las leyes y no a quienes exigen respeto y cumplmiento con sus derechos.
