Home KWRU sends delegation to Democratic Convention

Delegation to Los Angeles for Democratic Convention

As we did in the March for Economic Human Rights in Philadelphia, we are calling attention to the fact that poor people have been made to disappear from the debates, the media and discussions about the so-called "economic boom". Both parties - Republicans and Democrats - have abandoned the poor people of this nation and so we must take our country in a new direction, one that is based in the human rights to food, clothing, housing, a living wage, healthcare and education.
