From the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
Take PA Turnpike to (Old Exit 24) New Exit 326 (Philadelphia/Valley Forge). Follow I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway) for 18 miles to (Old Exit 38) New Exit 344 (Central Philadelphia/East 676). Note: this is a LEFT lane exit. Proceed onI-676 one-half mile to the Central Philadelphia/Broad Street exit. Turn left on Broad Street (611 North), proceed two miles to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right onto Cecil B. Moore Ave. Look for parking on street. Enter the Ritter Annex building.

From Points South of Philadelphia via I-95:
Take I-95 North to (Old Exit 17) New Exit 22 (Central Philadelphia/I-676). Note: this is a LEFT lane exit. Follow 676 West to Broad Street Exit. Exit to the left lane and turn left on Vine Street. Stay in the left lane for one block to Broad Street and turn left. Proceed two miles to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and look for parking on street. Enter the Ritter Annex building.

From Points North of Philadelphia via I-95:
Take I-95 South to the Girard Avenue Exit. Follow Girard Avenue for 2.3 miles to Broad Street. Turn right and proceed one-half mile to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and look for parking on street. Enter the Ritter Annex building.

From the New Jersey Turnpike via Benjamin Franklin Bridge:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 4; then follow Route 73 North one mile to Route 38 West. Follow Route 38 approximately six miles to cross Benjamin Franklin Bridge. From the bridge follow signs to Vine Street Local Traffic and proceed one mile to Broad Street. Turn right onto Broad Street and proceed two miles to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and look for parking on street. Enter the Ritter Annex building.

From the New Jersey Turnpike via I-95:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 6 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) Cross the turnpike bridge, staying in the right hand lane and exit immediately past the toll booth on the Pennsylvania side (Exit 29). Follow Route 13 South for two miles to Route 413 North. Turn right and proceed one mile to I-95. Turn left and follow I-95 South for 16 miles to the Girard Avenue Exit. Follow Girard Avenue for 2.3 miles to Broad Street. Turn right and proceed one-half mile to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and look for parking on street. Enter the Ritter Annex building.

From Northeast Extension Pennsylvania Turnpike:
Take Exit 25A to I-476 (Blue Route) South approximately 5 miles to I-76 East. Follow I-76 East for approximately 18 miles to (Old Exit 38) New Exit 344 (Central Philadelphia/East 676). Note: this is a LEFT lane exit. Proceed one-half mile to the Broad Street Exit. Turn left on Broad Street (611 North), proceed two miles to Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Turn right and look for parking on street. Enter the Ritter Annex building.

All local Broad Street subway trains stop at Cecil B. Moore Station (Broad and Cecil B. Moore Avenue).

"C" Bus:
The "C" bus stops on Broad Street at Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Montgomery Avenue, Berks Mall and Norris Street.

"3" Bus:
The "3" bus stops on Cecil B. Moore Avenue from 11th Street to Broad Street.

"23" Trolley:
The "23" trolley stops on 12th Street (southbound) and 11th Street (northbound) at Berks Mall, Montgomery Avenue and Cecil B. Moore Avenue.
