The Break the Media Blackout Conference intends to strengthen the media skills of grassroots anti-poverty organizations, and encourages all such organizations to attend, and to bring what they learn back to their communities.

We also welcome all media activists and allies in the movement to end poverty, and anyone working to make media a tool accessible to all people.
